Indulge in the perfect combination of light and airy cinnamon sugar bites with a slight crunch on top. These delectable treats are perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings any time of the day.

This recipe is super simple to make and requires only a few ingredients. You can whip up these cinnamon sugar bites in no time and enjoy a tasty treat without any hassle. These delectable treats have a light and airy texture and are comparable to small doughnuts or beignets.

These became a thing when I was making "fry bakes" for dinner and it reminded me so much of these little doughnuts covered in sugar at a restaurant before.

I can't recall if it was while make the regular bakes for dinner, I set aside a small portion of dough, made mini versions of the bakes and after frying coated in sugar. However, I do recall these being so delicious I made them more often and shared this recipe with you all.

So many people of all ages have tried this and thoroughly loved its simplicity and how delicious they were. I hope you try them and let us know if you enjoy them!

3. Add water, and start incorporting with a spoon or fork.

4. Bring dough in with your hands and genlty roll and tuck the dough over on itself several times until the dough comes together.  You don't need to knead the dough.

5. Set aside to rest for 20 minutes.

6. Have pan with vegetable oil for frying.

7. In a separate bowl add in sugar and ground cinnamon and mix well.

8. Roll dough into a log and cut into 6 equal pieces.

9. On a lightly floured surface with a lightly floured rolling pin roll each ball into a circle around 1/4 to an 1/2 inch thick.

The thinner it is, the crispier they are, the thicker they are fluffier.

10. Cut each circle into fourths; four equal pieces.

11. Place a few pieces a time to fry for 20 to 30 seconds for each side.

12. Remove from oil and place on a lined plate to drain off excess oil.

13. While still warm, roll each piece into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
