Wings are one thing I think many people can agree on. It's one of those things I think everyone can enjoy a plate full of with an array of dipping sauces.

I have a couple of my favorite types of wings I make that I serve with different dipping sauces I purchase, all made in the air fryer, but these wings can also be served with my Cilantro White sauce.

Let's get back to wings. They can be made super simple with basic ingredients, or jazzed up a bit like this one is.

Now there may be several different ingredients and a couple steps to making this - mainly marinating - however it is so worth it, and the steps themselves are pretty simple.

Using fresh herbs, garlic, onions make these wings burst with amazing flavors that coat each wing. We will be using our blender to make this super easy.

To make this super simple and time efficient we will be using a small kitchen blender. If you don't have one you can use a grater and also finely chop the herbs.

1. Melt one stick of butter (salted or unsalted) in the microwave or on the stovetop.

2. In a small kitchen blender add in chopped onion, garlic cloves , cilantro, rosemary, thyme and lemon juice(no seeds).

3. If needed add a couple tablespoons of water to blender to help blend everything until nice and smooth.

4. Add blended mixer to melted butter.

5. Measure out poultry seasoning, salt and pepper and stir together with butter and herb seasoning mixture.

6. Pour and rub all over your chicken wings and set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

7. Place wings on air fryer rack and air fry for 15 mins on one side at 350 F - 375 F

8. Carefully flip each wing after 15 mins, place back in for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.

9. Remove from Air fryer and enjoy with my Cilantro White Sauce for dipping.
